Special Offer for Seniors (60+) Let Agnes Housekeeping Co. take care of your home with our Recurring House Cleaning Service. Our team of professionals will provide a thorough cleaning to leave your home spotless. 1. Initial House Cleaning (up to 4 hours) – only $176 (regular $196). Any additional time beyond 4 hours will be charged at $50/hour. 2. After the first cleaning, you can choose one of our recurring plans: ⏩ Weekly (up to 3 hours) – $100 (regular $110) ⏩ Bi-weekly (up to 4 hours) – $140 (regular $150) ⏩ Tri-weekly (up to 4 hours) – $160 (regular $170) ⏩ Monthly (up to 4 hours) – $160 (regular $170) 3. Initial House Cleaning includes: ✅ All Rooms: Dusting all surfaces from ceiling to floor (fans, light fixtures, blinds, cabinets); wiping doors and baseboards; vacuuming and mopping. ✅ Kitchen: Cleaning sinks, faucets, counters, backsplash, appliances, microwave (inside & out), oven (inside & out), and floors. ✅ Bathroom: Scrubbing, sanitizing, and deodorizing shower, bathtub, shower tiles, faucets, sinks, toilet, and floors. 4. This offer does not apply to spring cleanings, post-construction cleanings, renovation cleanups, or move-in/move-out services. 5. One cleaner will arrive. 6. The price does not include any extra services. 7. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
