  • Do you provide house cleaning services in my neighborhood?
    Hello, Our company is located in Schaumburg and we have our workers in the Chicagoland area.   • How can I get an estimate?
    Please fill out the form for us with basic information about your home and your cleaning needs so we can best estimate the time it will take to clean it properly. We will be in contact shortly to go over the estimated time & price to get your home sparkling clean. We can’t wait to help you get your time back 🤩
  • How can I book my cleaning appointment?
    You can easily book a service with us by visiting our website choose a service, after that your location, day and time. Or call/text our office directly 847-396-9693 Monday-Friday 8am-1pm and we will book you in.
  • How soon must I cancel my appointment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • How can I pay for professional house cleaning
    As professional cleaning company we accepted cash, check, Zelle® and Venmo. Please make all checks payable to Agnes Housekeeping Co.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    Cleaning supplies upon request for additional fee. Vacuum cleaner upon request for additional fee too. Because of COVID-19 we prefer use our clients equipment, e.g. vacuum cleaner, mops and rags.
  • What should I do with my pets when you come to clean my house?
    At Agnes Housekeeping we love pets and our cleaners look forward to seeing our clients’ pets every time. If your pets don’t like strangers or are likely to be stressed, you may want to keep them somewhere secure and out of the way on cleaning day. Please note that you can expect our workers to require more time cleaning your home if you have pets so that they can do a thorough job removing pet hair. Generally, we want to know how many and what kind of pets you have. Maybe you may have specific instructions about what to do with your pets when we come to clean, so we are sure we know exactly what to expect. Keep in mind: Consider leaving your pets in a lesser-used room in your home that can go without a cleaning every time. Secure your pets in their kennel if they use one while our workers are cleaning. Your cleaning service is not responsible for your pets. Discuss everything ahead of time with us.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Yes, only interior windows cleaning as separate service
