Senior Discount - Basic House Cleaning at Agnes Housekeeping! Special Offer for Seniors (60+) Our regular price is $156, but you can now enjoy a $10 discount. 1. Fixed price for up to 4 hours – any additional time beyond four hours will be charged at $40/hour. 2. Basic house cleaning includes: ✅ Bedrooms & All Rooms: Dusting all surfaces from ceiling to floor, including fans, light fixtures, blinds, and cabinets; wiping baseboards; vacuuming and mopping. ✅ Bathrooms: Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, bathtubs; sanitizing all surfaces; vacuuming, mopping, and refreshing the space. ✅ Kitchen: Cleaning counters, sink, backsplash, microwave (inside & out), and stove; vacuuming, mopping, and organizing for a fresh, clutter-free space. 3. This offer does not apply to spring/deep cleanings, post-construction cleanings, renovation cleanups, or move-in/move-out services. 4. One cleaner will be assigned to your home. 5. Extras are not included in the price. 6. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

To ensure the safety and security of everyone involved, we do not offer certain services due to potential risks. Some of these services include: 🔸lifting heavy furniture, 🔸putting away dishes, 🔸washing dishes by hand, 🔸cleaning of exterior windows, 🔸cleaning garages and attics, 🔸carpet washing, 🔸animal waste removal, 🔸and mold removal. Additionally, our staff never uses more than two-step stools, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
