Service Description

Recurring House Cleaning 1. A fixed price for up to three hours (weekly) or up to four hours ( bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly); any additional time beyond three or four hours will incur a charge of $40 per hour. 2. Cleaning includes: ✅ Bedrooms & All Rooms: Dusting of all surfaces from ceiling to floor, including fans, light fixtures, blinds, and cabinets; wiping down baseboards; vacuuming, mopping. ✅ Bathrooms: Cleaning of toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, bathtubs; sanitizing all surfaces; vacuuming, mopping, and refreshing the space. ✅ Kitchen: Cleaning of counters, sinks, backsplash, microwave (inside & out), stove; vacuuming, mopping, and organizing for a fresh, clutter-free space. 3. This offer does not apply to spring/deep cleaning, post-construction cleanings, renovations, or move-in/move-out services. 4. One cleaner will arrive. 5. The price does not include any extra services. 6. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are not included.

At Agnes Housekeeping, we care about the safety of our clients and employees and strive to provide cleaning services that are safe, efficient and of the highest quality. To ensure the safety and security of everyone involved, we do not offer certain services due to potential risks. Some of these services include: 🔸lifting heavy furniture, 🔸putting away dishes, 🔸washing dishes by hand, 🔸cleaning of exterior windows, 🔸cleaning garages and attics, 🔸carpet washing, 🔸animal waste removal, 🔸and mold removal. Additionally, our staff never uses more than two-step stools, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
