1. A fixed price covers up to 5 hours of cleaning. Any additional time beyond 5 hours is billed at $50 per hour.
2. Cleaning includes:

Dusting all surfaces from ceiling to floor, including fans, light fixtures, blinds, cabinets, wiping baseboards, vacuuming, and mopping.
✅ Bathrooms
Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, and bathtubs; sanitizing all surfaces; vacuuming, mopping, and refreshing the space.
✅ Kitchen
Cleaning counters, sink, backsplash, microwave (inside & outside), stove; vacuuming, mopping, and organizing for a fresh, clutter-free space.3. This offer does not apply to deep/spring cleaning, post-construction, renovation cleanings, or move-in / move-out services.
4. One cleaner will arrive.
5. The price does not include any extra services.
6. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are not included.
