Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

This loyalty program (the "Program") is offered by Agnes Housekeeping Co (the "Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

 

Eligibility

​The Program is open to our clients who are at least 18 years of age.

 

How to Earn Points

​You must be a registered member of the Agnes Housekeeping loyalty program to earn points and you will earn 30 points.

• Book a house cleaning appointment: You will earn 20 points for every house cleaning appointment you book.

• Order a pricing package: You will earn 70 points for every time you order a pricing package for your house cleaning service.

• Join us on mobile!: You will earn 30 points for every time you sign up for the Agnes Housekeeping mobile app.

• You can also earn bonus points by referring friends and family to Agnes Housekeeping. For every friend or family member who signs up for the service, you will earn 40 points.

 

How to Redeem Points

​Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, such as discounts on future house cleaning appointments and gift cards. The specific rewards that are available will vary from time to time.

Points are typically awarded within 24 hours of completing the eligible activity.

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Expiration of Points

​Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

 

Modification and Termination

​The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.

Governing Law

​These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

In addition to the above

​​The Company will collect and use your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
