Service Description

Offer is valid between September 5th to October 31st only, after - if prepaid, up to 4 hours of deep house cleaning with 1 cleaner Our cleaning includes: *All rooms - Dust Top-to-Bottom: every horizontal and vertical surface from ceilings to the floors, including fans, light fixtures, blinds, cabinets, etc. Dust and Wipe all Cabinets, Doors and Baseboards Vacuum all Floors and Rugs, Wet Mop Bare Floors *In the Kitchen: Clean Sinks, Faucets, Countertops, Appliances, Backsplash, Stove Top Inside/outside Microwave, Oven *In the Bathroom: Scrub, Sanitize, and Deodorize Shower/Bathtub, Shower head, Faucet, Shower tiles, Sinks and Toilet We will do all from the list if we have enough of time of course. If your house needs more time every extra hour is $50. Cleaning supplies or vacuum cleaner not included, customer must provide them. If you want we can use ours for additional fee, just let us know. Not valid for initial, post-construction, renovation or move-in/move-out services.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice (holidays and weekends included). If you need to cancel or would like to reschedule your appointment please phone or email the office directly. Cancellation fees will be billed as follows: Full minimum cleaning fee will be billed on the day of cleaning if the cleaner is unable to gain access to the establishment or home, if the key has not been left with the doorman or agreed upon location, if the post-renovation contractor or other contracting crew have not completed work according to schedule and our cleaning crew is on site. A charge of 50% of service will be charged if the 24 hour cancellation policy is not honored ($50 minimum). Excessive cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to cessation of services. We understand that emergencies arise. Please note: If frequency of scheduled cleaning changes or is reduced (eg. weekly will become monthly only) fee charged will also be adjusted.
