Service Description
🍂Autumn Clean-Up Made Easy with Agnes Housekeeping! Don’t wait; book online today! Basic House Cleaning🫧 1. A fixed price for three hours; any additional time beyond three hours will incur a charge of $39 per hour. 2. Cleaning includes: ✅ Bedrooms and all rooms: removing cobwebs, dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors, and throwing away garbage. ✅ Bathrooms: removing cobwebs and cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, tubs; vacuuming and mopping floors; throwing away garbage. ✅ Kitchen: removing cobwebs and cleaning counters, sinks; inside/outside microwave; stove; vacuuming and mopping floors; throwing away garbage. 3. This offer does not apply to initial cleanings, deep cleanings, post-construction cleanings, renovations, or move-in/move-out services. 4. One cleaner will arrive. 5. The price does not include any extra services. 6. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner are available upon request for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice (holidays and weekends included). If you need to cancel or would like to reschedule your appointment please contact our office directly. Cancellation fees will be billed as follows: Full minimum cleaning fee will be billed on the day of cleaning if the cleaner is unable to gain access to the establishment or home, if the key has not been left with the doorman or agreed upon location, if the post-renovation contractor or other contracting crew have not completed work according to schedule and our cleaning crew is on site. A charge of 50% of service will be charged if the 24 hour cancellation policy is not honored ($50 minimum). Excessive cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to cessation of services. We understand that emergencies arise. Please note: If frequency of scheduled cleaning changes or is reduced (eg. weekly will become monthly only) fee charged will also be adjusted.
